I will definitely have to say that for the price the product is roo tier. My floors look amazing. They look like they may have cone from a Lowes or Home Depot but the cost is what stunned me the most. I am in love with my floors and everyone that has set foot in my home complimenr on my floors. I would highly recommend.

the delivery person dropped them off on the step which it was sprinkling instead of walking the few feet to place on the covered porch. boxes were soaked. i have not opened them to see the condition

We have redone our whole house with this style of flooring. Decided to try Walmarts because I loved the color in the other house. But it won't stay locked in. It's breaking apart. It's chipping horribly and it's only been down for a month. So now we have to rip it all out and buy new to replace it. So we are paying twice for flooring. Will never purchase again and will be returning what's left that was for the other room. Thank you for the absolute horrible flooring that is now gonna cost us double. By the way my husband is a carpenter by trade so yes it was installed correctly.

The product is good but never get it delivered, every single piece that I got delivered had multiple chips in it and the packaging was terrible, not a happy customer

Bought 66 boxes got them professionally installed and it hasn’t been 5 months the flooring is cracking, warped and it says 100% waterproof that’s not true says it’s scratch proof it’s not and please how do you contact them I’ve googled and found no way to even try to do lifetime warranty I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Please if someone has info on how to contact manufacturer or some kind of info please they have nothing on the 1 long slip that comes in the box nothing on Walmarts website is listed on how to contact or who to contact!!

My boyfriend and I ordered 90 boxes of this flooring, which were all shipped individually instead of on a pallet. The delivery service left them in the middle of the driveway in the pouring rain then didn’t update the tracking for almost 4 hours. Every single box came damaged, lots of them didn’t even have ends on the boxes. Even though I contacted customer service multiple times, they never responded after “escalating it to their back office.” Now we have almost $1800 of damaged flooring. Not worth buying.
