ALEKO 16' x 10' Black Retractable Motorized Patio Awning Sunshade

Complete kit not terribly difficult to assemble. Mounted 4 roof btackets. Was a little heavy to lift onto the brackets but with 3 people it went smoothly.

The product arrived damaged but Tyler in Technical Support quickly resolved the damage by sending replacement parts.

Only had it a short while. So cannot speak to longevity, but it looks really nice!

It's a great awning, works well, looks good but the assembly instructions need some work. And my husband and I have assembled many products over the years with ease. We struggled with this one. Otherwise, great product for the $.

Nice product, the only problem is that it's a little bigger than 16x10, so make sure to have enough room or you end up like me that i had to send it back and re-order a new one!

Very complicated..

The instruction book is a little bit hard to understand.

I would give this ZERO stars if I could. This awning is pure cheap material and hardware. Three of us put it together it together who have good handyman skills. The instruction manual is junk. There are a few good YouTube videos to watch. The hardware that comes with it is the lowest quality I have ever seen. I went to Home Depot and bought good hardware. The fabric itself is cheap and flimsy. Took about 8 hours to install. One it it up it is ok. I think the fabric will last two years at most. I would spend the extra money and get a Sunsetter or better quality brand. I cannot at all recommend Aleko. Please do your research before you buy.
