I liked that it was big enough and new vynil lines came with it to put the cover in the slit. Very thick cover. The only thing I didn't like is that the seams kept getting caught up on the tracks where they went together.

Great product at a great price.
I bought my original awning at a great price a few years back and the Seattle weather gradually worked its way to destroy the cloth of the awning. To my great surprise, Wallmart sells a replacement awning cloth at a great price. I replaced the original one with this new one which fits perfectly and works perfectly. Very happy customer.
