I am in love with this! Limited by space and money I feared I'd have to just forget about a hot tub. This was the perfect solution! So relaxing after a long day. Easy set up and I LOVE the color.

Simple set up, barely maintains or raises temp......

Works ok but turns itself off for some stupid filter check every 4-5 days.... The filters aren't dirty they're barely used and it just shuts off... We have to reset it all the every 4-5 days and because of the temp drop you can't use it on those days

This is the worst hot tub ever! We had to call company because it stopped heating within a week so they sent another. Guess what? It stopped heating writhing a week and came with a hole in it and missing parts! We asked for a refund and were assured it would be put back on card. No refund yet after 5 weeks. What a rip off.

I have had this hot tub for 6 months now. I have tried to be patient with it. The cover doesn't fit properly because it's too small and therefore we can't cover it. The filters are pain! They don't come with the covers so every time you take the filter off to clean it, yeah it loses suction and everything it's collected goes back into the water. The latest fiasco is that the water temperature is currently at a 125ﾟ. Yeah we had to overflow it with cold water in order to just be able to drain it. Filters are clean and nothing seems to be wrong with the motor. If it is plugged in and the motor is running the temperature rises to a 110ﾟ. If it is plugged in and we turn the motor off it heats up to a 125ﾟ. Is. Isn't the motor supposed to be off and therefore for water should not be still moving??? No way to contact the seller! No way to find out what is wrong. We have Google everything to be able to fix the issue . The color is superb but the quality is horrible!

Buyers beware. My tub broke 2 months after owning it and I've been fighting for the last 8 months to get them to honor the warranty. They keep saying they'll be glad to honor the warranty but when I send them the information they ask for I get a generic email back like it's the first time I've contacted them about it. I would not spend this much money on something that you have no recourse to have them honor their warranty. I can't believe that Walmart let's gudcraft or aleko sell through them. You will not get the service you expect
