I was pleasantly surprised when I received this. I haven't installed it yet because of weather but it looks like it will be a great product. The weight and feel of the fabric is very good.

The awning fabric is nice. But, the cord that was sent was slightly to thick to travel through the track inside the fabric to attach it to the spring tension roll, we had to use the cord from the original awning

Width is smaller than stated. They should post an "actual size" on the page along with awning size. Spline needs to be fed down seams before installation and after a full day of trying, I do not believe it's possible by just pushing it through. We ended up feeding a 12 gauge wire (tried a couple lighter gauge wires with no luck). Then taping the spline to the wire and pulling it through the seam.

Hi I received my awning was fast shipping but I opened it up was very to install but there was a small flaw on the awning I contacted them twice but no return contact ?? the flaw about 1/4 inch where the color was not on the outside of the awning ? it looked like a hole ? the light shines through ? I used a colored marker to cover it up That was the only problem you can still see it but not as bad hope it holds up. Thank You Doug. B.
