I have had these shelves like this for 10 years, they are without equal, strong, easy to assemble, castors make them moveable for cleaning or rearranging, finish stands up. You likely won't go back and reset the shelf heights so plan ahead when assembling..

This is a very expensive shelf because it's a very high quality shelf. Looking at the price of it from other retailers, I was prepared (and had saved up enough money ) to spend a little over $200 on it because I knew it would last my family a long time. Then I found the exact shelf at Walmart.com for $120-something before tax, and was grateful to not have to spend as much -- now I can buy cute baskets for storage, too!

Very nice but I ordered silver and was sent black. Color was no problem as long as it holds up under the usage it will get. Solid structure and easy to assemble.

It's easy to assemble. The quality is excellent and the price is great too. I will buy it again when I need another one.

It took some planning to put the shelves together by myself. After it was put together, It was sturdy and ready to use. Would like to have another shelf.

I like the looks of this, but I have other chrome shelving rack systems and could tell that this isn't as strong. I put the bottom shelf on first and then set it upright to add the rest. I didn't expect to feel so much flex in the bottom shelf when I stood on it to add the next one. I weigh 120 pounds. Also, I don't know whether it was the black anthracite finish or what, but the plastic clips that the shelves slide over would not stay in place when I put the shelf on. I ended up cutting black duct tape in half lengthwise and wrapping one half below the clips and the other half on the clip itself for all of the clips. Even then there was a little extra movement when sliding the shelf over them. For my use though, this will work okay. I won't be putting anything too heavy on the shelves. I do like the casters and how smoothly it moves on the carpet.

Don't get me wrong, the product is ok, assembly was easy, shipping was fast, HOWEVER, after getting this unit, I happened to be in my local Sam's club and found a SIX shelf unit in chrome that INCLUDED the shelf liners for less than $100.00. It cost me nearly $100 to purchase 2 additional shelves, that were dark black, not the same color as this unit, and the shelf liners are only available in a 4 pack, so I have 2 unlined shelves. Truth be told, I'm off to the local store to return the second unit I bought, and pick up the better priced model.

One shelving unit had four poles that were wrong. I called today and if they don't have the correct parts, the whole shelving unit has to be sent back. It would be very difficult for me to package this heavy unit up and send it back!
