Alesis ASP-2 Sustain Pedal

Glad I got this sustain pedal. We have a Yamaha keyboard and my daughter always complained that we can't sustain the notes played. This pedal is so easy to use - just plug in and go. The pedal works great and looks shiny. It has a little plastic cover that we can put on the pedal to keep it from getting scratched.

What a great pedal as we needed a new one! This one actually worked much better then the one we previously had. Its universal as well working for a keyboard or digital piano. I love the fact that the bottom is rubber so it doesn't slide and stays in place as well. It's built nice, duarble and works well. I would definitely recommend this pedal.

This Alesis ASP-2 Universal Piano-Style Sustain Pedal is top of the line as far as quality and company reputation goes. Heavy duty Pedal with a simplistically beautiful in design. It's a great addition to any comparable keyboard. Definitely Recommend

This piano pedal is used to get your rhythm correctly when playing piano. I used it to practice my piano skills at home and it works well with me. Do note that this is mainly used for the digital keyboard as the plug it comes with is designed for that. Since the sole of the pedal is rubber, it stays in one place very well and I had no issue with it moving when playing for extended period. The pedal is easy to push on and not hard, making it a good tool to use when playing piano. It works well during practice and when playing for my family enjoyment. Also, this pedal comes with a 1 year warranty so if there is any issue with it, it can easily be returned. Only downside is it's kind of heavy. Overall, I would give this piano pedal a 5/5 as it's a great tool to practice/play piano.

This Alesis pedal is a solid, sturdy, good quality sustain pedal with a non slip pedal covering. To me it's as good as the more expensive sustain pedals I've used over the years. It grips the floor great and doesn't walk. It's also nice that it has a reverse polarity switch underneath, if needed. The 6 foot cord gives you plenty of length to use on higher keyboard stands for standing. It's a sweet working pedal with an Alexis Recital Pro. Alesis makes great musical equipment. I'm going to see if it will work as a trigger switch on the electronic drum set. All in all, another fine Alesis product.

I recently bought my son a keyboard for his birthday and the pedal it came with seemed to be cheaply made and after a few weeks, it broke . Luckily for me a chance to try out a foot pedal came my way. I just received it in the mail yesterday and we plugged it in . It fit perfectly into the slot and it worked so much better than the original. What I like about it is it has a rubber base to help keep the pedal in place while my son plays. The plus for me is that he can put it away when not in use . I would recommend this for anyone who needs a replacement or wanting a higher quality pedal.

Alesis ASP-2 Sustain Pedal is really nicer than then one our keyboard came with. It's very noiseless and works perfectly for us. It doesn't slide around when in use and it's durable. It's of good quality and the cable is long enough to have it connected to the keyboard. Love it and will receive it

Have to say it's built pretty good pratap action much better than my other which I've had for a few years. The weight is really good stays in place doesn't move hardly at all. I have to say that anyone who needs a need pedal should look into this one. Thank You so much for putting this petal out for test.

As stated in the title of my review, this sustain pedal has a switch on the back that activates or turns off and on the sustain function of this pedal. (See pic; you will want to make sure the sustain function switch is turned to sustain if you need that function to work.) It works nicely as a sustain pedal. It moves while using, most likely because the floor is carpeted underneath. It as a rubber gripper so if the floor was smoother, it probably wouldn't move.

OnTrac delivery failed to deliver my purchase. The driver did not attempt delivery, but said they did for two days. I was unable to contact them in any meaningful way. Walmart should find another delivery company.
