Aleve Liquid Gels Naproxen Sodium Pain Reliever, 80 Count

You really can't go wrong with Aleve for regular aches and pains because they really do last for several hours. But if you have bad sinus pressure pain; they only have a minimal effect on it. But overall are pretty darn good for everyday use.

I suffer from lower back pain after a work related incident, and this helps ease my aching back. It’s more effective than the generic brand, and because of the gel coating, is easier on my stomach. When one is taking pills daily, the gel coating is essential to help save you from burning a hole in your stomach. Seriously. I like these a lot.

Better price on this name brand NSAID if you purchase the 120 ct. as opposed to the 80 ct. Although my doctor hates that I take this sometimes, there is nothing better, over the counter, for tough pain. And, nothing lasts as long either. I can't take the Aleve tablets, b/c they cause me stomach pain and heartburn. The Liquid Gels seem to be buffered because they don't cause me any pain or heartburn. So, while NSAIDS are not a good idea for regular use...especially if you have heart or vascular issues...when you really need occasional, over the counter relief from tough back pain or headaches...short of a doctor's office visit, and a trip to the pharmacy...I haven't found anything more effective, or longer lasting.

Very easy to swallow liquid gels! And I get good pain relief in a little while. I really like them!

The grape no longer tastes good. That affects value as well as flavor quality. That makes me hesitate to buy this. When the color changed, the quality and flavor suffered.

When I occasionally have muscle aches, I rely on Aleve. I've used them whenever I overexert myself and after taking it, I'm fine and ready for the next challenge. It works for me.
