On the website it stated that this item was new however when I received it it was missing documentation and warranty details. I found out this item was used and it was manufactured back in 2018, but because of this it had a software problem contacted Dell and the are going to give me a warranty to get this item updated. I will say however this thing has amazing spec and is blazingly fast for the web which is the only thing it can do. I decided not to return it but try to get software problem corrected.
First thins first who in there right mind would buy this laptop for over 3000 dollars. This is easily a 600 dollar laptop.
