The product has high quality video. It's perfect for playing with high graphic games, as it doesn't crash with tons of applications downloaded. High gigabytes games mind you, the laptop doesn't overheat when you have valorant or apex open, which is a win in my opinion

It looks gorgeous and runs cool, the battery life isn't great but I keep gaming laptops plugged in anyways, keys feel smooth and they have a nice click sound. The timing of the touchpad is well synced up to the screen speed. It's so much lighter and thinner, and much quieter. Love love love

Scrolled around and was told that the battery did not last long, only one match could be played on the laptop, the weight is not as heavy as most gaming laptops that Ive had. Very nice graphics and screen size for a laptop, could easily use it for school things as well such as running my coding applications. I can very much use it for all my needs if the battery lasted longer without it always being plugged in.

The Alienware 15 Gaming Laptop is one of the best devices that I have worked with recently. Firstly, the laptop does not fail to work properly while running programs such as CAD, MATLAB, and various engineering-related applications. At the same time, it performs perfectly while playing video games with maximum graphics on. The overall build quality is great, while the screen displays all images very vividly. However, one of the most important feature of this device that I have liked about it is the ability to charge the battery via USB-C cable. In this way, when using the laptop on campus, it is possible to use a smaller charger that is easier to carry around and does not occupy much space, while also serving as a phone charger too. Thus, the purchase of this device turned out to be beneficial for me, considering that I use the laptop for studying and gaming in my free time.

Pure garbage. I bought this to do one thing, runvone app. It absolutely positively makes dial up look superior. Waited 30 minutes twice to extract the app, task manager does not list it to force close. 5 hours in and still can't run a basic app. Such sad. I expected more from Alienware. At this point I'd find more entertainment in using a hammer vs sending it back. All loading screens are blue wheels of death that never finish. Seen computers in the early 90s outperform this laptop a literal 50 million to one. That number is not definite because I keep giving up and restarting after 35, 45 minutes. Pretty darn expensive paper weight. Do they even sell paper weights anymore? Alienware does i suppose.
