been searching and searching for many years trying to find a good probiotic that actually works and this one is the absolute key to the best in my honest opinion my gut health has changed tremendously already in the last 10 days I've been taking it

In the past I've used other probiotics and stopped. I have gastritis and needed something to relieve the pain, discomfort and bloat. I tried these and have been pleasantly surprised. They seem to be working and I don't feel as bloated. They are a little pricey for 28 pills, not even a full month's worth, but for now I'll stick to this brand.

I don't understand why this particular Align is so hard to get? Walmart used to give a $5.00 discount when ordering on line but that has stopped also, when you have it in stock. The product works. Very few do work well. If someone has these problems Try it you. Can't loose.

Before trying Align I tried adding much more fiber to my diet. When a daily garden's worth of fruits, vegetables and grains failed, I added fiber capsules and fiber you mix with water. All that helped some but nothing really made a major difference until Align. It took maybe a week or so to see some improvement. At the month mark, the improvement is dramatic.

This was recommended by the GI doctor for my daughter who has been tentatively diagnosed with IBS-C. While she also takes RX medication this will hopefully help with healthy gut bacteria. The capsule is easy to take with food.

This probiotic and digestion support pill has provided me with relief from indigestion and stomach discomfort from eating a list of foods that would normally make my stomach hurt or send me straight to the bathroom.

This is fantastic and life-changing! I've tried many different probiotics that really didn't help my digestive system issues very much. I would definitely recommend this product.

After eating a meal my stomach for the last few years has always felt like a hard rock and I have always had problems with constipation. My doctor suggested I try this. By taking this medicine I have found I no longer have a full uncomfortable hard feeling. My stomach feels so much better! I have gone from eating a small snack size meal to eating a regular size meal. I have also found I don't need laxatives. I've been taking this for only 1 month and will keep taking it once a day. I will say that by accident I took 2 tablets one day AM %26 PM. Then 2 days later I had bad diarrhea This received 4 stars just because I still have constipation but it is slowly getting better.

This product is ok but doesn't eliminate gas or help with smooth elimination of poop consistently. It may work for you but there are other products that will work better. Price is too high for what it does.

Thus is what happens when you don't go to the store and pick out your own merchandise. Someone who doesn't care packages some nasty crap.
