Our whole family is taking this daily, because of the taste and chewable its easier to get the younger adults to also take one, I feel it is really boosting our immune systems especially needed during this virus.

I only started taking them a while ago so I can't really comment on the overall effect, but I do feel great in the mornings. the only thing I am doing for myself is am taking half of the amount on the bottle, only 2 per day. in the beginning my stomach did feel a little strange, but I got used to it.

Not fun of gummy‘s first of all and secondly, they taste like they have sugar on them. That's not good.

The direction say to take up to two servings per day but I opted to take one because of the number of carb (6g) and I'm currently on a low carb diet. They taste great! Like that old fashion orange slice candies. At this time I can't say they are helping my digestive system because I haven't been taking them long enough. I have experience some bloating and gas this past week but I can't say its from the Align because I've been eating a lot of vegetables that I don't normally eat. But I do recommend them for increasing your energy level.

I was excited to try these for the immune support and energy increase with the jitters caffeine gives me. Day one I didnt really feel a differences which was fine since I'd just started taking them. The same with day two. Now day three was another story. I noticed I didnt have a problem going to the bathroom but also because I took it at 4:00 I was definitely not going to sleep at my normal bedtime. I was actually ver much awake until almost 3 am. I was jittery or hyper, I was just awake. Now I know to take them early and feeling awake and energized all day will be great. So far I'm a fan!
