this works!!! put yourself on a self care routine. take this with 8 oz of water, I repeat water!!! take it daily around the same time (I call this regulating my digestive system) go the extra mile and take a serving of fiber 45 minutes later. Following the instructions on the fiber bottle. I prefer Meta mucil fiber.

it seems to be working but only been using it for about a week and a half. no aftertaste or anything. I'm using this because it was suggested by a gastroenterologist and it seems symptoms i was having may be starting to improve. only con is the price, but i wanted the best so i went with this.

Started using this a week ago and can feel the difference already! The probiotic I used before this had only 30 million cfu'sof a different strain of gut bacteria, the additional cfu's and different stain of gut bacteria in Align help even more with bloating, digestion and elimination. I recommend this product!

I love Align probiotics! They are the only brand that actually helps with bloating. I recently switched to the 70 Billion version after reading that one of the strains helps with carb digestion. I don't eat many processed carbs, but have noticed I don't feel as full and bloated when I do while taking these. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked!

I believe taking a probiotic can be beneficial to your health. A healthy microbiome is not just about your GI tract, but also improves the health of your immune system. Align probiotics get great reviews so I decided to try them. So far so good. My only complaint would be the price. (But that maybe my own issue.)

Other than the costs, which is nearly $1 per pill, these are a really good probiotic. Be warned, however, that initially use could cause bloating because it takes a week or more for probiotics to settle. I keep my bottle in a cupboard away from heat sources, but I understand refrigeration is find. It took nearly a week for my own bloating to settle, but now my gut is feeling great. This has to be taken daily, so be prepared to spend $30 / month for it, but if you need a good probiotic blend, this is a good option.
