Pull Out Tray - Too Fragile / Breaks
The main issue is that the pull-out tray for keyboard/mousse keeps falling off and breaking. That's the main issue I've noticed so far.

I rate this a C . It works, but at a basic level. The sliding keyboard drawer could be wider to accommodate a bigger keyboard, and the directions need to be clarified.
