Alive! Daily Energy 60 tablets

I used to take Alive a few years ago and all of a sudden I could not find them at any store. Recently, I started searching again and found them at Walmart. I ordered them and my husband and I started taking the vitamin right away. It gives us energy and it has not just vitamins included but veggies and fruits. It is a unisex vitamin.

I've tried several vitamins, but these are some of my favorites. I might try the gummies next since I take a lot of medications.

The taste is not bad and I have energy all day. It’s a great way to get your fruits and veggies in your daily regimen.

Initially I thought it was just because I thought this was good for me, but I noticed a difference in my energy when I forgot to take them one day. Which makes sense because these vitamins have bioavailabie methylcobalamin. The pill is slightly on the larger side, but it’s easy on the stomach and doesn’t has any weird fillers. Overall, I will continue to take these with meals so my body can absorb all the nutrients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a GREAT multivitamin supplement! It literally has every vital vitamin you need! It even has Iron, Magnesium, and Zinc! I was surprised to find Iron in this honestly! It explained why my stomach was a little upset on the day I took this without eating first-definitely eat something first before taking this. I feel GREAT! This is a 1-a-day all-in-one Multivitamin that gives you most everything you need! Only thing missing is some K2 and omega-3 fish oil (this would be very hard to include fish oil/omega-3 into this). The smell of these pills are not amazing- it's a pretty strong-medicinal smell but I don't have any problems after taking it or notice the smell after. You don't take multivitamins for the flavor or smell ha. It's an oval shaped solid pill (not liquid - not chewable). It's easy to swallow with water- no issue going down or with upset stomach (unless it's empty- may upset stomach). All in all you're getting a TON of supplements in 1 pill! A great Multivitamin- especially for women because of the included Iron. 60 tablets come in the bottle (2-month worth) and the Bottle is smaller than most other Multivitamin bottles which makes this easy to travel with. The label on the bottle is high quality with clear and concise nutrition and ingredient information. Not complaints about presentation or packaging- it’s very nice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's multivitamin gives me a nice boost of energy without upsetting my stomach. I like that it inclusive variety of vitamins, plus fruit and veggie blend. The tablets are a little big, but still not too hard to swallow with a glass of water.

Personally I think that smell isn't bad at all it reminds me of vitamins I would take as a kid that were enjoyable to take . They are a bit big but that is not a problem for me at all I swallowed them easily . The only thing I would maybe change is the seal it was kinda hard to open for me but I can just use a tool around .

I can take it on an empty stomach or with food and it doesn’t make me feel sick either way. It also doesn’t leave an after taste or repeat on me which is also good. I feel like I don’t need as much coffee so I do think it is giving me more energy too which is great! The bottle is easy to open, just a little push and twist and it’s in a dark glass bottle so the light won’t affect the pills at all which is also a nice feature of the packaging. Overall I think this is a good and effective vitamin that is easy to take and I would purchase in the future for myself.

The multivitamin is just as good as my women’s and it’s a great value! Aside from the smell and taste that comes with most vitamins, these are effective and don’t absorb negatively. I don’t feel sick after and one a day for all my vitamins is perfect!

The smell is quite strong and unpleasant, which made it less enjoyable to take daily. I also did not notice and noticeable changes in my energy levels, heart health, or brain function during the time I used. Overall, the product is just average for me.
