It is working
I actally think this is working to strengthen my neck muscles and diminish turkey-neck. The trick is to stretch the next muscles severely while applying and rolling.

It's working!
Not sure how I ran across this product, but glad I did! Ordered because anything of this type is usually priced MUCH higher and beyond what I can pay. Felt like this was a reasonable risk and it has indeed, thus far, been so. I've been using it for one week. I did miss one day - so 6 days total. The picture on the left shows day one [before application] and the picture on the right is seven days later. The "crepe" skin IS still visible, though I do feel it has improved. What surprised me was the improvement in the skin on both sides of my neck look better. I wasn't expecting that. I am very pleasantly surprised and happy with this purchase.

This cream is great! Non- greasy and goes on so easily. After five days I've already seen a little improvement in the skin under my chin.
