Bought this oil as a hair supplement to support hair growth. Excellent for fine and thinning hair as it doesn't weigh your hair down. Also works on damp skin after showering. Best on feet elbows knees and dry patches.

Pumpkin seed oil was recommended to me as a face moisturizer at the day spa I went to. I use it alone or added to lotion. It didn't leave a greasy or oily feel to my skin at all, and it doesn't take much product at all so this bottle should last a long time. the only negative thing I can say is the bottle the oil came in. unfortunately my dropper doesn't work properly, I did read reviews here claiming the bottle is an issue. I plan to go to Micheals or Hobby Lobby to get a new dropper bottle to put the oil in.

I would like to know if this is for external use only

I've used this product for several years, but this is the first time I've ordered the Pumpkin Oil from Walmart. My supplier no longer was carrying it so when I found it through Walmart I ordered several bottles. I noticed immediately the scent was off as well as the texture of the oil. Since I use this on my skin I'm very careful and observant of any changes like this. I have since found a different product to use and will no longer be purchasing this item. For that reason I cannot recommend this product.

The items on you're website showed Organic and cold pressed. The items I received on label says steam distilled NOT COLD PRESSED!!! Also NOT ORGANIC! I ABSOLUTELY wouldn't have purchased had I known that!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING COMPLETELY!!!
