I have never smelled pumpkin seed oil, ever, was sort of strange that is has a "nutty" smell to it. I really like the texture of this oil; it is not too thick/not to thin and does seem to absorb quickly. I've only been using it for a few days so I cannot comment on how it works as of yet. I have very sensitive skin and this oil has not bothered me one bit! My hair has really thinned on one side of my scalp due to thyroid disease, and this is the main reason I bought this product to see if will help regrow my hair! I have also have issues with weak/brittle nails because of a thyroid disease so I am also hoping that it will help my fingernails be strong and flexible, again, like they use to be!

I've added drops to my body lotion, and the difference in my skin is amazing! It actually has helped heal some cat scratches I got from my feral adopted kitten! I haven't tried on my hair yet, but i definitely will be trying it! Great product!
