Helps get me through colds and even Covid
I used Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and flu for the first time when I got Covid-19 (even though I had been vaccinated and boosted). I had tried several other cold and flu medications and nothing was giving me relief. I tried the Alka Seltzer Plus Cold and Flu and started feeling better by the next day! I've used this medication since then for colds and when I contracted Covid a second time. Each time it has worked just like it did the first time for me. It is my go-to any time I get a cold. I highly recommend it.

Works very well!
This works so well! I was so congested and had so much sinus pressure. I took this, it kicked in maybe 15 to 20 minutes later, and I could breathe again. The pressure was not as bad in my face. Was very happy with the symptom relief.

good cold meds
These work good but it takes about 20 mins before it kicks in and helps with coughing and making your nose not to run. but if u keep these in your system they work good...
