what I do with this product isn't for everyone. I suffer with a lot of pain and fatigue. I take a pure kick or a c 4. Drink mix. Mix then in a tall glass of ice water and my pain and fatigue are lowered enough, I can get up and do what I need to do. The cost is high, butits worth it for me.

I always have to have this in hand. I ran out and needed it. You always need it when you don’t have it so anyways they ordered it again works fantastic. I swear it Alka-Seltzer this way or Alka-Seltzer for colds or anything. It’s always been my go to.

Yes, I believe it for what I need it for. But I have to take 4 tablets for it to work. then it doesn't last long i have to take more later. the first dose last for three hours. till the next dose . I also CC take accid reducer . dose number two takes care of the heartburn.

This works so much better for my acid reflux / GERD than the actual prescription my doctor has prescribed me. I've also tried Cool Pepto and many other products, but Alka-Seltzer Extra strength never lets me down. I even brought the Alka-Seltzer Gold since that one says specifically for heartburn and bloating, plus it has less sodium (salt) than the Extra Strength one here, but the Gold doesn't actually knock it out like this does. I've used this product for many, many years, decades even and nothing compares. This is a life saver so to speak

Suffer from upset stomach at night time and Alkaseltzer helps give me relief to sleep at night.

I am upset because I want to return something in the wrong size and can't get a hold of anybody to tell me if Walmart has ripped her already damaged I would have put them in but boys return. but, they can't like this in the box and I want my money back. thank you

I don’t know what Alka seltzer has done to their product the new supposedly extra strength does not work as well as the original does and the lemon lime is awful it tastes just like that is used for colonoscopy exams if you have ever had a colonoscopy you know what I’m talking about it makes you gag and puke and dedicate. Probably should rethink that flavor millions of people have colonoscopy everyday just think of the customers you will lose. Where can I get the original flavor? I couldn’t get any flavor for awhile none of the Walmart stores had any. I have been a customer for 40 years my advice is if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Just ask coke a cola how that works.

The box arrived open and only had 16 tablets inside, not 24. I'm not putting the product down, just the way it arrived.
