Helps get me through colds and even Covid
I used Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and flu for the first time when I got Covid-19 (even though I had been vaccinated and boosted). I had tried several other cold and flu medications and nothing was giving me relief. I tried the Alka Seltzer Plus Cold and Flu and started feeling better by the next day! I've used this medication since then for colds and when I contracted Covid a second time. Each time it has worked just like it did the first time for me. It is my go-to any time I get a cold. I highly recommend it.

good cold meds
These work good but it takes about 20 mins before it kicks in and helps with coughing and making your nose not to run. but if u keep these in your system they work good...

My husband and I swear by Alka-Seltzer. Helps us with any congestion and discomfort we have. Fast acting and easy to take. Would recommend to anyone who deals with constant colds during winter.
