These pans heat up so quickly and do exactly what I expect them to. The results are excellent and they are easy to clean. Can't wait to keep cooking with them!

Best even cook! I was scared to transfer to stainless but realize the benefits above all- and I wanted a product that was going to last a long time! Once you get used to letting it heat up before cooking- you're golden! Now I just need to learn how to fry an egg on these things. Will be an All-Clad customer for life!

I bought a 12in skillet a year ago and its doing great I use barkeepers friend to keep it looking nice! This time I bought a 8in and 10in skillet and im very happy so far the only thing I would say is with the smaller skillets you of course have to turn the heat way more down however you cannot use any regular canola oil for cooking in them specifically potatos or tortillas the oil gets to hot and burns to the pan so youll have to invest in higher quality cooking oil!!

A very good workaday sauté pan. Pretty heavy but good heat conduction. Got the 5quart for the big jobs. Worth the price to me.

Love the size of the pan. Had a Calphalon similar size for 25 years. Cooked well and evenly. Not so sure about the cleaning... Had to attempt to clean it a few times. Used a soft sponge similar to one used for non-stick pans as was suggested... but it didn't clean it easily... thought it was clean and after it dried, saw there was still residue on the bottom. Need to resolve this issue if I'm going to be really satisfied with the product.

I have a new stainless frying pan that has stains I'm unable to remove with baking soda or Bar Keeper's Friend. I'm not able to access support via the website as it's not functioning properly.

I bought it to heat my almond milk for my morning matcha. I chose this since it had a curved edge that looked great for pouring. But it drips down the side and makes a mess. Very disappointed.

after using the first time, I could not clean it. Brown cook stains remained after all foodstuffs were out. Tried several products such as Dawn Power Wash and others. Pan is smooth to the touch but brown cook stains remain. I own other All Clad pans which are very satisfactory.

I've heard that these pans were supposed to be great, but my experience was completely different. They sauted just like any other plan & the cleaning of them was an absolute nightmare. I followed all the proper instructions and after one use, they are all stained and none of it coming off. Who needs to worry about such an annoying way to try to clean after you have cooked a whole meal!! Wish I could gibve zero stars!!!
