All-Clad Essentials Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set, 10 piece

Great non-stick performance but the coating used on the bottom of the pan doesn't seem to be as durable. When cooking at medium heat (below canola oil smoke point) the bottom of the pan's coating started to stick to the glass cooktop and came off at points. I only got this about 1.5mo ago and am disappointed I'm missing costing on the bottom already.

I had a couple of "non-stick" pans I purchased recently, but wasn't satisfied with them. I used a friend's all-clad frying pan and loved the way the eggs I fried would slide right off the frying pan. It's also very easy to clean and store. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Excellent nonstick pan. Don't need any butter or olive oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great pans and I love the different sizes included.It has a very durable surface that is truly non stick.Heats,cooks evenly and deep enough to reduce splatters.I have made pancakes, fried eggs, cheese sandwiches, seared salmon, sautéed veggies with very little oil and never had issues with sticking.The handles are firm, comfortable to hold and doesn't get too hot.I choose to hand wash instead of using the dishwasher to preserve the pans as long as possible.Appear to be high quality and very well made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect set of cookware. It comes with all the essential cookware that you would need to cook any meal. It comes with six different sized pans, three glass lids, two silicone trivets and one multi purpose strainer. The pans have a non stick surface with two metal handles on each side. Having the two metal handles makes it very easy to carry especially when it's heavy. The dark gray anodised outside and the metal handles also really compliment each other and looks great. These are very high quality pans that are built to last for years. Everything from the pans to the lids feels heavy duty. Clean up with this cookware is easy. I always hand wash my cookware and the stuck on food on these pans washes off easily. They are also dishwasher safe. This cookware stores nicely when not in use because you can nest them together to save space. The silicone trivets can be used in between the cookware when storing them to prevent scratches or as hot pads.

After about two years of use the nonstick coating is putting out, and it's not nonstick anymore. We never put it in the dishwasher, and never used metal utensils on it. Both of the pans are doing the same thing. I was hoping for this price (we paid retail) that they would do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these fry pans. This is a set of two. They are truly nonstick and easy clean up . I use these every single day for breakfast and cooking dinner. The bonus is they are dishwasher safe.

This set has fine crafting that you can see and feel. It is intended for induction ranges, which makes the more expensive that some of the other sets. I think it is beautiful and elegant looking, but the pots are deep and are geared towards a certain type of cook. I would recommend this set for a chef that likes to take their time and enjoys the aesthetic of crafting fine meals. This is not a set for people who make food on the typical family level.

So far I am very happy with these pans but the small fry pan that had paper in it to protect it was scratched in a circular pattern on the surface.
