All-Clad Gourmet Accessories, Small Stainless Steel Roaster with Rack, 11 x 14 inch

This was a replacement roaster for one I lost in a move. It's a work-horse in my kitchen! Over 25 years ago, I "invested" in a complete set of All-Clad pots and it was worth every penny. I've watched friends replace pots and pans over the years... I'm sure they've spent four times what I did by now. From consistent, reliable heat to durability, you pay for quality and All-Clad is simply the best.

We have a lot of All-Clad pans. Cheaper cookware typically rusts. The cook foods well and clean up like new when I use Barkeepers Friends

I've had other roasters, from electric to Lagostina to enamel and nothing compares to All-Clad. it's worth the price. I will continue to invest into their pieces because, there's really nothing like it out there. The heavy-gauge stainless of this roaster feels indestructible, and it looks as polished and professional as the day it arrived. It's easy to clean and it roasts to perfection. I have the teapot, an electric skillet and a variety of pots. I will continue to add more All clad because it's simply the best out there.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet but I am confident it will serve my needs to a tee.

Recently added the smaller roasting pan to our All Clad family. Its the perfect size for our 48" Range smaller oven and exactly what we needed for small servings of our protiens. We love it!

I have not opened the box yet, this is my second roasting pan and the third set of same pots and pans. I had the first one before I met the girlfriend, we moved in together and 20 years later she is leaving to move back to the east coast. I woke up a few weeks ago and noticed she took all my AllClads with her. This is the moral of the story: 1- The AllClad, outlasted the girlfriend and unlike my girlfriend, it still looks great. 2- The AllClad never let me down or disappoint me (Every piece is a workhorse, you can take the roasting pan from the oven to the table and it will always be the center piece of any holiday table). 2- I replaced the AllClad, much faster than the girlfriend (girlfriends come and go, but AllClad lasts a lifetime).

This roasting pan is the perfect example of you get what you pay for. Performance wise I've made a king size lasagna in it with the pasta staying most and Not dried!! I cooked a 12 lb Rib roast for Christmas and for the au jus sauce I just removed the roast and added beef broth to the dripping in the pan while heat it up on top of the stove right from the oven. And I love the stay cool handles which are cool in less than 5 minutes out of the oven. Thank you All-Clad

We've had this rack for a few years now. The nonstick coating is flaking off and ends up in the drippings. I consider this a glaring failure and am surprised it is still being manufactured. The actual roasting pan is great. I wish there was a stainless rack for it.

The pan is great, the non-stick rack is horrible because of the non-stick coating and quality of metal beneath it. It flakes off and the metal beneath it has started to rust. A plain stainless steel rack would be much better.

The box clearly says this pan is 11 inches wide when in fact it is 12 1/2 wide and will not fit in my application.
