All-Clad Stainless Steel Dishwasher Safe Oven Safe Covered Oval Roaster Cookware 20-lbs Silver

I have used the oval roaster once so far. I roasted a 7lb chicken and a half of a spaghetti squash and 3 russet potatoes. I made gravy on the stovetop as well. Everything was so delicious!! I look forward to using it Thanksgiving 2025 !!

This roaster is amazing. It fit a 20 pound turkey. The turkey was juicy and tender thanks to the lid. I wish I had bought it years ago. It came clean with minimal effort and looks brand new again. I even used the whole roaster pan on the stovetop to make stock with the turkey bones and such.

It work perfect! I made an especial dish from Acapulco, our famous pork roast. All the veggies and meat were cooked perfect. My family was very pleased, thank you All clad!

It was everything I hoped for. The large 17 lb turkey fit fine. It is heavy but was able to handle it fine. Wonderful replacement for my worn out aluminum roster.

This All-Clad roaster should be my final cookware purchase in 2022. I decided several months ago that I would transition to All Clad from the cookware I was using. It is not until you have one of the Roasters in you oven do you realize that this is the Maserati of Roasters. Its wide enough for any meal I might prepare. Wider roasters exist. But I am not cooking for a platoon. This deep and tall enough for XL hams, turkeys and roasts. The craftsmanship looks and feels like a work of art.

The key is don't take that lid off. And a small trick. Roast your turkey three hours early. Remove the roaster with lid on and set it out of your way. You have two hours to make the side dishes. Then crank your oven up to 475 take the lid off the turkey. Raise the turkey up on the rack. Roast it for 45 min.

Fabulous, superbly made roaster! Makes cooking a pleasure! Roast chicken has a juiciness and satisfying savory flavor that even good breasts or legs can never hope to match. While separate cuts of chicken might need a sauce or breading to stand alone as a good meal, a really good roast chicken is only some salt and pepper away from being a plate-clearing meal centerpiece. The second time, I stuffed the bird and the seasoning also flavored the bird. Beautiful product! Well worth the expense.

This giant roaster fits perfectly in a standard 30" width oven. You may need to take a rack out to fit the height, as do I. Barkeepers Helper cleans it perfectly. I have to cook big porkbutts once a week and using foil was not efficient or cost effective. Thrilled to keep my oven cleaner and have a gorgeous cooking vessel. Can't wait to try a big turkey in it, read it makes a wonderfully juicy bird.

This roaster is advertised to hold a 20 lb turkey, you can go higher. Its a little tricky to get the legs browned well, but doable. The insert scratches the bottom of the pan but its minor. Its hard to get completely clean but that could just be the dishwasher.
