All High Quality Pressure Canner for Home Canning 21.5 Quart

This is a high-quality canner. It has safety features like the 6 bolts and a pressure valve to prevent blowouts if the pressure gets too high. I have had excellent experiences with it. The material is very strong and heavy duty. I recommend this for anyone who is interested in preserving fresh food.

The All American Canner is quality at its finest. I purchased the 30 qt. this year, and the 21 1/2 qt. last year. I don't even use my old canner anymore. There's just no comparison. These canners are heavy and extremely well designed. I have a canning station set up outside which makes it possible to do 21 qts. using both canners at once. These will last me a lifetime! Please measure the distance between the stovetop and hood before buying because of the height of the 30 qt. Also, shipping was very fast. I got the canners in two days from placing the orders. Don't waste your money, or time, on cheaper canners. You truly do get what you pay for.

This is our first year using this canner and it has already earned it's keep. Processing 14 quarts at a time is a real time saver. Very good quality and works flawlessly. We're actually considering buying a second one and retiring our older 7 quart canners. A must have if you grow a large garden or process a large amount of vegetables or fruit.

I love it and will use it for canning purposes and cooking in it is have ran several loads of jars through it and love not having to check the gasket

I love everything about this canner! It has done a very good job and holds a lot of jars at one time. It is very easy to use. I wish I had bought this years ago! It makes canning a lot easier.

This pressure cooker holds 14 qt jars for canning which speeds up canning time to about 1/2 the Time of a 7 quarter cooker as it does not require much more heat than a 7 qrt cooker

Just received my pressure canner. It is extremely well made. It is heavy and solid not like other canners I've had. It was pricey, but worth it . Came well packed so in perfect condition. Can't wait to use it. Want to try my hand at canning meats and chicken, soups, etc. Tired of the tin taste of metal canned foods. It is metal to metal so won't have to worry about gaskets needing replacements.

arrived in good shape except they didn't pit it in a box. just the original box it comes in.

there isn't many parts to this machine which is great. I thought I would safe some time but the canning time is longer than the bath kind. The difference you can 2 rows of food for the jam and the pints. Also I found when putting the quarts in my bath canning, they never seem to fit that nice but they do in this unit. It is a bit finicky when you try to avoid all leak and making it even all around. Once that's done the rest is elementary. I still had some can that did not seal.
