All-In-One Brine Shrimp Hatchery Kit

Everything is included except water! I could not grow brine shrimp consistently until I bough this.

For "Living Environment" my son's project was to grow two hatching containers and treat one with high dose antibiotics (provided by our family doctor). The eggs included with this kit had a very high hatch rate and flourished well in the provided saline mix. All equipment for growing the shrimp was provided along with simple instructions, making the experiment easy to perform on an out-of-the-way table. If I were given to making wishes I might wish for an easy-access port by which the shrimp could be fed (we fed with Wondra brand fine ground flour), similar perhaps to the pull-back top on some take out coffee cups. I was slightly concerned about tank contamination, having to remove the entire lid each time we fed. However, this would probably raise the price beyond its current reasonable point, so I won't quibble. Overall I was more than satisfied by the general quality of the kit, and he found the experiment easy to perform yet still engaging.

The instructions were clear and complete. The eggs were viable. The hatchery is working perfectly and feeding my axolotl hatchlings.
