All-Natural Pre-Workout Powder Alternative for Optimal Performance The Pure Pre-Workout Powder

So far so good. Only been using it a few days. The flavor is so good. I've made it a few times and there's no weird aftertaste. I put it on ice so it's super cold. The bag of the powder is much bigger than I thought it was going to be so that's a bonus. I wanna try the other flavors now.

I like the taste of this pre-workout mix. It does help me get going in the morning before my daily workout and I can feel a nice burst of energy to help me get moving. It mixes easy in water and I use a normal shaker bottle. I can feel a difference through my whole workout in comparison to not using this mix before. I like it.

This supplement has so many good ingredients, including the ingredients necessary to fuel you after your workout which is a really important part of taking care of your body. This will help you throughout the entire cycle and its flavor is good! You will feel like a million bucks using this supplement!

This is fantastic. This is the first pre workout that I've had but I've decided it's definitely a keeper. The first day I tried 1/2 scoop, and then the 2nd day onward I had one full scoop. This basically replaced my morning coffee and got me pumped and awake to work out. Cant wait to try the other flavors too. No jitters from one scoop either!

I've used a bunch of natural preworkouts and this is the only one that tastes great, dissolves easily, and doesn't cause a crash. It's not like synthetic preworkouts, in that you're not going to get a huge rush of energy, tingling, and ultimately a crash. It's sustained energy and because it doesn't have loads of synthetic stimulants in it, it doesn't elevate your heart rate too much and interfere with your cardio performance. I really notice it mid workout, when I would usually start to slow down, I still have energy to push myself. I've also noticed a shorter recovery period between lifting and interval training sessions. I don't know if it's the peak O2 that's in it or what, but my stress level seems generally better during workouts as well.

My teen mixes this into water or almond milk before going to the gym. I think it tastes like Tang, the orange drink powder we drank growing up in the 80s and 90s. I feel comfortable allowing her to ingest this after reading through thr ingredients.

I used this Motion Outdoor Active Fuel Powder Drink Mix by TRUWILD 30 minutes as required, before doing a variety of activities such as going for a walk, hiking and exercising. It is easy to make, just mix one scoop of the powder with 6-12 ounces of cold water, although I did find that one full scoop was a little too much for me. It can also be mixed in juice or smoothies. The powder gets mixed very quickly and gives off an orange like tone to the water right away. After mixing, I also noticed part of the powder to settle at the bottom of the glass. It has an extremely tangy taste with a tangy aroma right at opening of the pouch. I did learn after a few tries that I should put less than one scoop in the same amount of water because I found one scoop to be a little too much for me. It consists of natural caffeine and that kept me wide awake. It is very hydrating as it contains electrolytes. I like that unlike other pre-workout powders, it is completely natural. It contains coconut water and raspberry. It is also GMO free, gluten free and vegan. It contains no artificial flavors, sweeteners, dyes and synthetic stimulants. What I love the most about this product is that it is good for both, men and women. P.S. drinking too much of it at a time may make your trips to the restroom more recurrent. Overall, I like the product and so I would recommend it.

This supplement tastes good for being keto friendly. While I don't practice a keto diet, I have friends who do and as such, I've have alot of keto friendly food that doesn't taste great - not so with this. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a pre-workout drink that's keto friendly.

I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of the taste. But it provided me with energy. It was really easy to mix with water. It did give me an extra boost of energy, so in the long run it was worth it. It might be an acquired taste though.

This pre-workout smells amazing when mixed and it also mixed very well into water; I simply mixed it with a spoon. However, the taste was a little unbearable for me. I'm not too picky, but I just couldn't get past the strong, bitter aftertaste. I really wanted to like this product because the ingredients look great, but it's a no for me.
