I have a few knee scooters and this has larger wheels and is better for outside versus indoor. For inside its turn radius is very wide. I thought I was getting a scooter with 2 wheels in the rear but it does have an extra training type wheel. At this time I have not needed it. I believe I will get a lot of use out of this scooter.
This scooter is much more stable than one with smaller wheels. My husband is a big man and had originally borrowed one with smaller wheels. After his foot surgery he didn't feel confident on it so we got this one. It works much better for him.
I weigh 250 lbs & blew out my Achilles tendon. I needed a solid ride to get around at work & home. My warehouse is over 180,000 sq ft & I live in rough terrain. This knee scooter is a bit heavy, but the ride is solid. I feel secure when scooting around the shop & on a gravel road, The brake really works and the basket is very handy for carrying paperwork & the like. Delivery beat my expectations, 2 days early, thank heavens. Great product, the next 6 months will be a whole better as my tendon heals.
Sturdy. Heavy model. Very pleased.
Well made from the USA.
Excellent and sturdy scooter to get me around after I broke my ankle. Way better than crutches. The tires are a huge upgrade over the wheels.
This walker works very well on rough ground, but it is hard to use in the house. Too large of a turning radius to get around in tight quarters. We are actually using two different walkers, a smaller one in the house & this one to go outdoors & shopping where there is plenty of room.
I love these knee scooters and I really rely on them the newest one there's something wrong with the innertube on one of the tires so I haven't been able to use it like I usually do very disappointing which is why I gave it a four star but otherwise it is 100% a five star product so don't let that Stop you from purchasing this item it even rides on snow and on the sand
First it arrived and when I opened the box it smelled of cigarette smoke. Once I assembled it, which was easy. Inflating the tires was a little tricky but not impossible. Today I took it for a test run. It has no turn radius so I had to pick it up and turn it around. By end of day it was exhausting. I'm looking for something with a turn radius to work in my home Also my knee was killing me from kneeling on it. So it did let me move faster than normal but it was a disappointment
the break line keeps getting lose because the adjustment piece by the brake handle is aluminum and it does not stay where you put it
