I liked how well it was packaged for shipping. Heavy duty with no damage. It was actually dificult to unbox. (enclosed in a metal casing and than boxed in heavy duty cardboard) It works nice and holds my big 320 lb body plus groceries etc. and still does 15 MPH if I choose to go that fast. Everything works as stated. Only one problem is it bumps while I ride. (bump, bump, bump) Thought maybe a bad tire, but they are fine. It does seem okay when I go the 15 MPH. One problam is you can't reach the manufactuer or find a serial %23 if it is stolen you will not be able to prove it was yours!!! Very important
