i am going to be honest, when this was given to me as a substitute i did not think it would be good. I WAS WRONG!!!!!! my steaks came out better than normal, so tender and juicy, and the flavor was out of this world. I will definitely be adding this to my order instead of what i normally get or maybe even both and try them together. It was not spicy at all!

An excellent marinade!
It is an excellent marinade especially for salmon. I soak the salmon for a few hours and then grill it on a cedar plank. Excellent taste!
