Allen Company 52" Delta Shotgun Soft Case, Olive Green, Polyester, 856A

First impression is it is well built - good sturdy fabric, sufficient padding, and smoothly-operating zippers. I was looking for a simple case for both storage and local transport and it fulfilled all my needs. The price was a real bargain compared to local store pricing and the lower price did not equate to substandard quality whatsoever. It was just what I was looking for and more, with the extra external zippered pocket providing a storage space for wipes and spray for hunting in inclement weather; something I don't have on my other cases and a welcome addition.

Having spent money on a new shotgun I needed a case that was going to not only protect the shotgun but also not break the bank. That's why I decided on this 52” Allen Company DeltaFirearm Case in olive color. This is a soft cover case with a velvety soft inside padding that will keep your shotgun safe while in the case. The padding is nice and thick to protect your firearm but doesn't make the case heavy or overly bulky. It has an extra large outside pocket to store things in. The zipper pulls are oversized so you're not struggling to find the zipper, makings getting in and out of the case quick and easy. It also has a lockable zipper and D-ring. It also has carry handles, but they aren't big enough to go over a shoulder just to carry by hand. It's very functional and fits most shotguns up to 52”. And it's made in the USA. Nice shotgun case I would highly recommend and purchase another if I ever needed it.

I will admit that my experience with gun cases is limited- I've always been a handgun gal, vs. hunting rifles and shotguns, but my son is now using this for his custom Ruger 10/22. This case is so well-made! This is not cheapie ripstop, it's HEAVY. The zipper function is smooth, and there is a huge pocket (also waterproof) that can easily hold a LOT of ammo (he estimates 10+ boxes of ammunition), a cleaning kit- it's the length of the whole case, so there's a lot of storage real estate there! This case is lined with a high-quality plush fabric (see my photo), the stitching is SOLID, and the straps are thick, and sewn-in well, as well. This case is meant to last a long, long time, and we're really glad to have it. This is the case that you get your young hunter to last well into their adult years. It's not one of those really fancy solid box cases, but this is serviceable, and well-made. Definitely two thumbs up!

This a quality case, it is also very ergonomic and easy to operate. Handles and zippers are all in the right places. Material is durable and does not catch too much dust, and wears well. Went through a bird season with this case in my truck, great buy.

I love it. I love the Army Olive Green cover and the handles. I wish it had a shoulder strap, but I can buy that separately. It has a huge outside pocket too. The inside is nice and cushiony to keep your gun safe. I think it's a great soft case so far. Not too expensive either.

Case is well padded and soft inside. The outer part of the case is made of a heavy duty material and is well stitched. The zippers operate smoothly and have a little toggle rope on them so they're easy to open if your wearing gloves. There's also a side pocket that runs the length of the barrel and has a width of about an inch. The handles are sturdy and stitched into the case. I'm very happy with this gun case.

I loved this gun case, but it's about one inch too short for my goose gun with a 30-inch barrel and long stock.

Loaded gun into carrier and was able with a second pocket put all my shells for both hunting which is not time yet but I can take it out to the range to get ready for it. That's a good case. It actually has good stitching and for the price I was really surprised. The stitching is good as well as the material that they've made it out of the handles are very solid and have been double stitched on both front and back side and when you open the pockets they are swayed on the inside so that it does not scratch gun with canvas. Overall, my family does not hunt as much as me but my friends do. They have all seen the case and for now wanting to get one for themselves. Because of the price and the fact that they can look at it and tell how well is put together.
