Allen Company Recoil Eraser Slip-On Shooting Recoil Pad, Black, Medium

This product changed the way I shoot. previously I could shoot about 10 rounds then my shoulder would be bruised to the next two weeks. Now that I have this product I can soot more than 30 rounds with no bruise. I bought the small size for my Savage 30-06 trophy hunter model 111.

I'm truly amazed at the effectiveness of this pad to reduce recoil. The first time I tried it, I'd forgotten about the issue I'd been having with recoil (it was really harsh with my .308 FN-FAL) and then it struck me, "I don't feel it at all!". The thing I'd like to ask the company to do is to put a better guide for sizing on their packaging. I had to guess what size to use based on what I'd seen other people say in various forums for other products. I went with a small, which is a pretty snug fit on my rifle, but it works. I'm not sure how long the rubber on this one will last, if it will eventually crack from the strain of being stretched over my buttstock, but for the price it's done the job for sure and I wouldn't mind having to buy another one in a couple of years, though I'm probably going to try and get a custom fit Kick-Eez.

Allen has been a very good brand for many years and when I saw that Walmart had them at a terrific price and sent to the Walmart store, even better.

for a mere $11 this thing is a great addition to any hard hitting butt stock. all joking aside, this adds a little extension and some great cushion. I intended to use it on my hunting rifle I ended up putting it on my 9mm carbine to erase what little recoil it had but I will be buying more for my other rifles. functional customization

Fit just right on my 303 and blends in nicely with my black stock. Haven't shot with it yet but i will be a big improvement over not having a recoil pad.

this recoil pad fit my Iver Johnson single shot 16 gauge that kicks like a mule. it does not have any recoil pad whatsoever. This pad fit the gun and helps a lot to reduce the pounding that this gun was giving me. I'm glad I bought it.

Probably lowers recoil about 30- 50%, extends reach to trigger about 1 inch. I had to move a scope back to get proper eye relief. Easy to install. Since the only available colors are brown or black, it lends itself to black composite stocks better than wood stocks. Very easy to install. Medium size fits well on adult stocks, small probably best for youth sizes.

Never ever received, my Oder ,it gp has been 3 days says it was delivered but not in my mail box ,Fed ex drop the ball ! Un acceptable!
