The patch typically stays connected and doesn't cause skin irritation. I have sensitive skin so this was a concern. It's nice to get the vitamins I need while sleeping because I don't have to worry about pills, nausea, or anything else that comes along with the usual vitamins. I highly recommend patches. I wear 10-11 every night.

I only tried this patch because I read two reviews by people suffering from Mast Cell disorders. While I don't have that, I've experienced varying levels of histamine intolerance due to Limbic System Disfunction. At one point I was having allergic reactions from just drinking water. In desperation I went on a severe antihistamine diet. While that helped, I continued to take antihistamines every four hours, daily, no matter the season. And even then, I still suffered. Within four days of using this patch, I went an entire day without one dose of Benedryl! I usually know when it's time because 30-90 minutes away from that four hour dose, I feel awful. Right now, I feel amazing! I immediately came back and ordered 5 more packs. If nothing else, buy a pack and try it out. If it doesn't help, add it to the list of the hundred other things you've tried. But don't let skepticism prevent you from at least giving it a go. I'm so glad I took the chance!

So much better than swallowing a pill. Especially after sleeve surgery. Does not upset your stomach.
