It charged quickly and works great dispensing soap. I'm using it for Dawn dishwashing liquid at my kitchen sink. I like being able to adjust the amount of soap dispensed. The directions did not include how to remove and fill the soap reservoir. Removing the reservoir takes a lot of strength. It must be twisted. The directions do not recommend the type of soap to use. It dispenses liquid and not foam. That makes it work well to dispense dishwashing liquid. I will probably consider buying a couple more of these.

I've used it for about a month. I don't really have any complaints. I bought it for like $12 and definitely worth every penny! There are four settings for the amount of soap it dispenses. The only thing I don't like is that the first setting is slightly too small and the second setting is slightly too much (but that also probably depends on how watered down your soap is).

This is a great soap dispenser. quite comparable to the simplehuman brand. The instruction manual is almost useless. in order to use this soap dispenser, you're going to need to go on the site where you bought it and look over the reviews. the reviewers will give you more information than the manual did. it comes with a small squeeze bottle in the package and there's no mention of this in the directions. when I read the reviews I determined the squeeze bottle is for maintaining and cleaning the tube in the reservoir part of the soap dispenser. you remove the filter from the end of the tube and use clean water from the squeeze bottle to force water up the tube and clear it out. these dispensers would be absolutely fantastic if they could just get someone to write better use and maintenance instructions. A recommendation for type of liquid soap to fill the dispenser is needed in the manual. You can adjust the amount of soap dispensed. The lights on the top of the dispenser are helpful for adjusting the settings. The dispenser can be mounted to a wall if you don't want to have it on your countertop. I think it's a great design. I just wish the instruction manual was more helpful.

I love how convenient it is! The battery life is excellent! I've been using it since last week Saturday and have not had to charge it yet! My family loves it! No more germy soap pumps!

I'm very happy with the it. It's sanitary, simple, %26 saves ne money over buying a bunch of little plastic bottles that end up in a landfill. A review I read b4 buying said it clogs. I noticed it too; like any spout subject to gravity %26 air. Life hack: I occasionally wipe the spout with my finger as I get soap for washing, thereby clearing the spout at the same time. Setting 1 is enough soap for me. When 1st filled (or refilled) the amount seems higher and decreases from up to a quarter down to a nickel round, I'd say. I have gotten better at adjusting when I've accidentally increased the amount.

Got this for my toddler to use. She has a hard time pumping soap dispensers from the store, so this is easy and breezy for her and no more complaints. I'm not wanting to wash her hands. She enjoys washing her hands now and it is adjustable to how much soap comes out so it's not over pumping no more struggles at the bathroom sink.

Item worked as pictured. My only issue is that around the ring where the top and bottom twist off to separate, it turns green. At first I thought it was mild or something however it washed off with soap, not sure if it constantly getting wet it starts to get that green tarnish looking thing on it, so I just make sure I wash it every week to upkeep it.

This is just ok. It's short %26 doesn't hold a large volume of liquid. Haven't figured out how to adjust the dispenser - right now only a drop is released. It's great bc of USB charging. Honestly none of these last long. This replaces another that malfunctioned after 1 yr.

This item worked for a few months but has stopped working. It will not charge. I was able to charge it once and the indicator registered full but the sensor didn't pick up when I held my hand underneath. Now, it will not charge at all. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased the soap dispenser. I was foolish enough to purchase two of the soap dispensers. Don't waste your hard earned money on this crap!

Got some soap on the base after filling it up. Washed it of, got two spurts of soap, now it won't turn on anymore. Completely dead in less than an hour.
