Wow, just wow! These massagers are amazing. I have issues with my legs hurting terribly after standing or sitting for long periods of time. It got to the point that I couldn't even enjoy cooking/baking anymore because of leg pain from poor circulation. These leg massagers have made a difference in my life that I didn't think was ever possible. I put them on while cooking and it is amazing the relief I get while standing in place for long periods. So far so good we're satified , the air compression is strong , message is soothing and heat is relaxing, it was a Xmas gift so we've only used it a few times so far so good .....

massage is simply inflating /deflating air bags. when my husband took it off his swollen calf, he had 3 inch indentations throughout his swollen calf. did not help. did not move circulation.
