Been drinking this for a few years. Tastes great, but can get a bit much if I drink too often.it mixes really well when you shake it and helps with recovery during workout days. decent quality for the price.

I usually drink plenty of water during my workouts, but after a while, I get tired of just water. I love taking allmax BCAA's, all their flavors are great, and can't go wrong with them. side note, I mix my BCAA's with some AllMax Carbion+ unflavored. the best combo ever.

I'm always apprehensive about trying new BCAA formulas because it's very often the case that they leave a bitter aftertaste, and I'm easily nauseated by it. I was hoping this would be different, but, sadly, it is not. During my intense workouts, what I need is support rather than additional challenges in drinking something. So -- I do not recommend unless you're OK with the aftertaste issue.
