A must have.
I take the Carbion post training, and i can definitely feel the difference in my post revovery. Its definitely a quality hydration postworkout drink that aids for a speedy revovery...i feel it for sure. The ingredients are top notch and would most definitely purchase again. I really enjoyed the taste of flavor and extra bonus of added benefit of electrolytes to replace the lost fluids during my workouts.

Amazing product but order unflavored better
Quality is good but taste is too much i really recommend starting with half scoop with 355ml Size is acceptable and it really hydrates that gives you really good benefits Package was perfect.

Does exactly what I need
Quality supplement for folks like me who like to train early and need a electrolyte and carb source for sports or workouts that tastes great and goes down easy. Highly recommend!
