It gives me tge best hydration & quality than other electrolyte mixes. The package is very big for the low price. I always feel like I'm getting a great deal. Also love the flavour!

Great for high intensity workouts. I personally sip on it before and during rugby games to keep me going and ensure I have enough carbs throughout the game. Good quality and taste.

Nothing like any other electrolytes during the taste. Cooling, but not overdone. I believe it has all the potential to really make a splash, it cannot be just a delicious flop.

I like the taste, and because of it, I tend to drink more and hopefully it lets me stay more hydrated during my workouts. The benefit of this is that it doesn't spike your blood sugar levels like other "sports drinks". What I do is I fill up a regular plastic water ball half way, then throw some in there, shake it up, and then freeze it. I take it out about 30 min before I work out to start the thawing process. When I get to the gym, I add in some water and by the time I'm done with my stretching/warm up it's thawed enough so that I basically have a cold drink the entire time I work out. Also, while working out, if there's still a frozen center, I just add more water as I go.

This product is perfect for getting hydrated before, during and after a workout... It is also a thirst quencher and helps to revitalize my body and give back the electrolytes during workouts and after... I will def buy more of this product in the future :)

Yuck. I did not like the taste. And the bottle says not for pregnant or breastfeeding and considering I was using it for hydration while nursing, I wasn't pleased. I tried it twice and gave the rest away and even though it was expensive :(
