It has great quality and ingredients. It has interesting taste but this size very good for me. I use it by training.

I've been using this water soluble carbo loading / hydration product for a number of years. Tastes great & refreshing when served with ice cubes, no bad aftertaste, jittery "body buzz", or crashing. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to workout, keep sipping during activity to maintain energy levels. Recommend using a sealed shaker to mix or pre-mix a batch and store refrigerated- seems to dissolve completely after some hours & occasional agitation.

I can't say if this really helps my workout performance, BUT it does taste better than plain water which encourages me to drink more fluid when I work out. There is science behind this so it's supposed to help with performance by providing carbs but not spike your insulin like some other workout drinks. Either way, its just something I've added to my workout to help me stay hydrated.

I love the flavor, use to hydrate myself after water cut (weight cut before competition) quality is good, ingredients are what I looking for. Price is reasonable. I like how easy to blend with the water. Satisfied with overall and i will buy again

This tastes great. It feels quite indulgent to just drink it outside of a training session. I would recommend it intra-workout or post-workout. If taken pre-workout, it's kind of thick and therefore might be heavy on the stomach. I wish it was in a bite-size candy form. Lemon-lime is my favorite. Blue Raz is ok too, it tastes a little like cream soda.
