Guys and girls, I am a hyperactive human being whk struggles to feel products efficiency but let me tell you, THIS product I've bought 2 times, I first the raspberry but they seem to no longer have it, and now this flavour which isn't so bad, and BRO IS IT FKING WORTH IT.

As someone over 50, this has been a huge benefit to help with recovery and strengthening muscles. Surprised at how quickly noticed the difference in recovery from a hard game of squash. I also have felt some cognitive improvement as well. There's a tapering effect after 3-4 weeks of use. Curious to understand the long-term positive and negative effects and the body and mind. Ordering my 3rd. I'm not a big fan of added flavors but can tolerate them since the benefits are so noticeable. Also, a teaspoon of powder in water with ice makes a great refreshing drink.

I'm not sure about people efficient it is, but there is no negative sides about its taste. It's really good when mixed into sparkling water - you can have a nice lemonade.

It would not hurt to ask your doctor for advice before taking it, including what the effects of taking extra or excess creatine may be on the kidneys, whether a blood test should be given to determine creatine, and so on. The taste is good, the coconut strikes, but it doesn't bother me much.
