it really works! I use it before training and before bed time. It gives more energy and strength. so I think it costs its price.

I take BCAA and my intra and post workout. I mix it with glutamine, so I can drink everything in one-go. I cant tell whether it helps me for my recovery phase, just so staple to take the mix as my post workout drink. As a fitness instructor and teach 3-4 classes a day, I really need something to help my body and muscles to recover faster

Great product with high quality ingredients of BCAA. The package has the right size for a very decent price. Adding BCAA to my diet benefits my workout – both resistance and endurance – significantly, especially also recovery. The taste is a bit bitter but I usually mix it with a few sips of diet coke or something like that. Definitely a great supplement when you're into fitness and work out a lot.

Into my fourth bottle. High quality BCAA with 2:1:1 ratio. Take during and after workouts, great foe recovery. The taste is not to my liking, but I continue taking it as it reduces muscle loss, being above 55. Been taking BCAAs for many years now and this is one of the best. Highly recommended.

Seems to be a fine lower priced BCAA. I use to supplement my ageing muscles along with protein powder and creatine. Best when on sale.
