Really the best CLA out there! I tried few and the ALLMAX CLA seems to be the only one I notice any substantial difference. I stopped taking fat burners and only taking this one. It stops my weight going up and keeps my weight after losing it. Been taking for the last 3 months. Highly recommended

All was helpful in using this product, to know if I could keep using it. I didn't finish full bottle because I felt like I had headaches from it maybe due to the medication I'm on.
