I felt more energised during workouts. I don't know if it's the ingredients or sugar rush kicking in. Overall need to dilute with more water as it was rather sweet if I followed the directions. Supplement has to be taken for at least 2 weeks before any effects are noticeable like better endurance and less muscles fatigue.

i like it taste , but on energy and power it wasn't what i expected and i had to use 2-3 scoops every time . wouldn't buy again if i have alternative

It is a normal product, the dosage doesn't give you the good kick that you need at the gym. not a lot of energy in one scoop.

quality is allmax and allmax he's really good the taste is not the best I saw and workout and efficiency is a little bit better but I really expected more, not the strong prayer workout for those who needs the strongiest so benefits is intermediate and routine and results and energy is still the same standard
