Nice big bottle, tried pills and gives same effect of other products I use, sealed good, clean ingredients, fairly big size bottles and capsule but still hi quality product used for training in gym as energy booster sometimes alone or with little shilajit and working very good even if discontinued for 2 or more days, little effect on muscle recovery, I mean not addictive, you can work without for sometime, thanks I herb for good quality products and packaging.

I know this doesn't get the job done as a fat burner would as I don't like using fat burner (which I have done). 1 of the main content in fat burner is caffeine, which we can easily have from coffee. & I workout during evenings. & I am happy using this L-carnitine as they say its role is to accelerate and improve the transport of fats (fat burning process) for metabolic combustion. It will surely take time to get those fat burning.
