Good tast with good ingredients
The cherry limeade, with a little bit of sour taste to activate my mind, makes it almost a pre-work. I drink it during my workout. And the ingredients are also great, with L-Glutamine and L-Carnitine inside. That's the only thin I need to drink before/during my workout. (Of course, you also need creatine, but you don't need other jars to carry)
