This gives me the most energy (perhaps too much) out of all the preworkouts I own. Insane endurance for my workout, even when I take less than the suggested dosage/serving. So it's very efficient at what it does. Just be careful when you're starting out because it might give you sleepless nights.

I've used this product before, but I was able to get a better price on sale with iHerb. This product has some decent stimulants and BCAAs but does not contain Beta Alanine or Creatine, which are standard in most leading pre-workouts. It's also underdosed on Citrulline Malate with 1500 mg per scoop. You'd need to take 2 scoops to get the minimum clinical dosage of 3g, and 4 scoops if you wanted the full recommended dosage of 6g.

the taste is not bad but i don't get the drive from this like i do from others but you do get twice as much for the cost . i guess you can double the dose
