This is everything that you need minus stimulants. It's my favorite stim-free pre, perfect for workouts later in the day. There's nothing unnecessary in here. No creatine or beta alanine (a good thing, since you're supposed to take these on a daily basis regardless of whether you're training, and you won't be itching like crazy from the beta alanine). You will definitely notice a pump too from the glycerol powder, which is a huge plus. The only downside is the Alpha GPC and Lion's Mane are dosed too low. Besides this, this is my go-to pre and I hope they never stop making it!

have been using this for over a year, and I can say it definitely is one of the better stim free pre workout out there. formula is comprehensive - 6g of citrulline malate for the pumps and endurance which is a good dose. taste is great too! you will definitely notice this product is of great quality if you want a stim free pre workout supplement.

really good quality and ingredients it was a actually what I was looking for however the tastes is pretty bad, the size is really good as well 30 serving and the composition doesn't mix pretty good. package was pretty good by iherb i recomedn this product you can get insame pumps taking it however I wish the l citruline was ni mixed with malic acid

A good quality non stim. Gives a good affect and boosts performance. I prefer to use non stim pre and add in my own amount of caffeine depending on how much I think I need.

It takes several uses before this starts to kick in, but I can tell it does help. I have been able to increase my weight and/or reps more frequently in recent weeks, and I think it is due to this. Be warned... the taste is far from pleasant though.
