I have been using All One for many years, but I used to pay so much more. I save $50.00 with Swanson. I just mix it in with my orange juice and I don't have to take a lot of pills. All of my blood tests are perfect. My doctor told me to keep doing whatever I am doing.

I have more energy and my stomach doesn't get that sick feeling in it like when I was taking all the pills. This product works so well for me because I have trouble swallowing pills. I get all my vitamin and mineral requirements from one small glass full daily. So easy and quick. It is also easy to take traveling because it is a powder. The only drawback is that it tastes terrible just mixed with water but add a little juice and it is good.

I mix w/ a couple of raw eggs and fruit juice. That's my quick breakfast. I can't tell that it has much taste except that the last couple of swallows seems a little bitter; must be something settling on the bottom. I like the potency powder offers compared to other vit/min powders and the fact that this has the added greens.

I am sure this is a good product if you are looking for a protein powder and some green benefits....but it doesn't fit the bill for a true green drink....tastes more like a multi use protein shake....Swanson sells other products that are more suited to the "greens" fans. At a similar cost, Garden of Life Perfect Food Greens powder is a much better fit for a green drink!

it would be nice if i got allone, but i got another brand, so i can't review allone when you sent me lifetime vitamins instead
