The AP-SS-009 Monster X Pro Portable Power Station is all that I expected. I'm not technically or electronically inclined so I'm still attempting to understand the power station's display. Expecting that the multi-language owner's manual would be written in such small print that you'd need two pairs of eyewear; plus a microscope, I searched online for a glimpse of the owners' manual. I found one online and there is no shortage of online videos to give you comforting knowledge about it. Incidentally, the owners' manual you receive with the power station is a full-fledged manual. I like the 30-amp outlet and the 4 AC 110 outlets (which was twice the number of outlets I had on a 600 watt All Powers solar generator that I returned — because I changed my mind and wanted a 2000 Watt generator). If I were to offer a suggestion of change, I might suggest that the AC outlet ground prong be placed below the negative\ positive slots. As they are, appliance plugs might obscure the USB ports that are below the AC ports. I am glad to offer a 5-star satisfaction with my purchase. It was well packed and arrived one business day early.

love what it has to offer. came with everything you need. all the way to charge is very simple. plug and go. we got this for our son who has medical equipment to keep going incase of power outage. also so he can go camping with us. id buy again.

This product seems to work pretty well. However. it will not charge via solar unless the user monitors it continuously. If a cloud passes over, the unit will cease charging, and will not resume charging automatically when the sun comes out. The user has to disconnect, then reconnect the solar panels to get the unit to resume charging.

Honestly, you can't beat this deal for a solar generator kit. Also, the communication was prompt and professional when I had a question about my order.

Well built,quiet, easy to carry, and hook up. It did came with a power cord and cigarette lighter charger(I won't use). I purchased to hook up my 30 amp camper, and it worked great. The battery ran down quickly, and the 400W solar panels connected couldn't keep it charged. I'm a solar newby, so I'm not sure why. I bought the panels from another company before. Decided to buy this when it went on sale. Seller offered a great discount coupon that I used. Was advertised at a solar generator but didn't come with, or an option to purchase a solar charger to hook up the panels. I had to order one from another company before I could charge it with my solar panels. I am happy with this product, and have already recommended it to several friends.

LCD screen broke try contacting cellar never heard from him do not buy from Walmart when it comes to large items it's okay for broccoli and sugar but not large items try to add a picture but it wouldn't let me either very difficult to print the label.
